The former produces NPI Nickel Pig Iron or FeNi Ferro Nickel which is used to produce stainless steel, and the latter produces Nickel Hydroxide NiOH2 and MHP Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate, which is a core raw material to use for cathode materials of secondary batteries. AIM intends to contribute to the stable supply of nickel as a strategic material for the secondary battery industry, which is very important in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, through innovative technologies that reduce environmental pollution and increase economic efficiency.
